GLyco3D |
This portal gathers in the same place a family of databases that covers the 3D features of monosaccharides, disaccharides, oligosaccharides, polysaccharides, glycosyltransferases, lectins, monoclonal antibodies against carbohydrates, and glycosaminoglycan-binding proteins. They are freely accessible to the scientific community, accompanied by a user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI) which offers several search options. |
3D Lectin Database |
This database contains the three-dimensional structures of Lectins crystallized with or without their carbohydrate and non-carbohydrate ligands. Here, links are available to access the information about the original article (Medline), the protein sequence and related structural information (Swissprot, PDB), taxonomy and glycan array data when available. |
CAZy Database |
The CAZy database describes the families of structurally-related catalytic and carbohydrate-binding modules (or functional domains) of enzymes that degrade, modify, or create glycosidic bonds. |
CAZypedia |
The Living Encyclopedia of Carbohydrate-Active Enzymes: CAZypedia has been initiated as a community-driven resource to assemble a comprehensive encyclopedia of the "CAZymes," the carbohydrate-active enzymes and associated carbohydrate-binding modules involved in the synthesis and degradation of complex carbohydrates. CAZypedia is inspired by, and closely connected with, the actively curated CAZy Database. |
Glycopedia |
The Glycopedia.eu experience aims to take advantage of the linking capability of information technology, to promote the field of glycoscience throughout the production of “news” and virtual “e-chapters” to be used for educational purposes. |
Consortium for Functional Glycomics |
The Functional Glycomics Gateway is a comprehensive resource for functional glycomics research by the Consortium for Functional Glycomics (CFG). In this site, we can access their extensive databases, request CFG resources and services, and visit their archives of research publications and editorials. |

Glycoscience Laboratory - Glycan Library |
Here it is listed the glycan library of the microarray facility in the Glycoscience Laboratory (Imperial College, London). This microarray system contains glycan probes, natural and synthetic, encompassing sequences found on glycoproteins, glycolipids, and proteoglycans, also those derived from glucan polysaccharides of fungi, bacteria and plants. |
Glycosciences laboratory - Microarray data |
List of the microarray data sets from published experiments of the Glycosciences Laboratory (Imperial College, London). These are grouped into seven categories of glycan-binding systems. |
