I'm once more part of the OC of SEMS, this year together with Birgit Hofer. Please consider to submit your spreadsheet work to the workshop. More information ca be found in the SEMS 2017 web site available at http://sems2017.ist.tugraz.at.

Attending meeting of COST action MPM4CPS

Today and tomorrow (28 and 29 of May) I'm attending the meeting of COST action MPM4CPS: Multi-Paradigm Modelling for Cyber-Physical Systems (http://mpm4cps.eu). Let's model everything in the cyber-physical systems realm!

New paper at SEMS'15

We just submitted our camera ready paper for the SEMS'15 workshop (co-located with ICSE'15) describing an aspected-oriented languages for spreadsheets. More about this here.

SEMS'15: consider to submit a paper

I'm a PC member of SEMS'15, the 2nd Workshop on Software Engineering Methods in Spreadsheets, this year co-located with ICSE (http://2015.icse-conferences.org/). If you are working on research related to spreadsheets, please consider to submit a paper! You can find more info http://spreadsheetlab.org/sems15/.

New paper submitted!

I have just submitted a new paper proposing a set of refactorings for model-driven spreadsheets, and showing that they improve the quality of spreadsheets. You can read all about it in here.

Journal paper accepted

The paper Embedding, Evolution, and Validation of Spreadsheet Models in Spreadsheet Systems, in collaboration with João Paulo Fernandes, Jorge Mendes, and João Saraiva, was accepted for publication on the upcoming issue of the IEEE Transactions on Software Engineer
