Introduction to Micro and Nanotecnologies
The aim of this course is to acquaint the students with materials and technologies, which are nowadays used in most devices in the field of microelectronics and nanotechnologies also giving an insight into the various types of materials and theirproperties. The discipline program is structured as follows:
Beyond the classroom lessons, the curricular unit is complementedwith a set of three practical assignments. Laboratory work intendsto provide students with a laboratory experience to complementand strengthen the concepts given in the lectures as well as the projects to be undertaken.
