Course on Memory and Storage technologies, covering Digital Information, Magnetic storage, Optical Storage and semiconductor based Memories (SRAM, DRAM, Flash); Fundamentals on emergent memory and storage technologies such as ResistiveRAM, Ferroelectric RAM. The course deals with the technology aspects associated to each memory class and its corresponding performance arameters (speed , storage density, volatility, endurance etc).
