Susana Duarte holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering. She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, NOVA School of Science and Technology, Universidade NOVA de Lisboa (NOVA FCT), Portugal. She lectures several courses on topics related to industrial engineering including production management, industrial strategy and management, Industrial engineering, Logistics, and Lean six sigma, among others.
