Electronics (Introductory)

Semester:
Fall
Offered:
2014

The goal of this course is to explain the basic electronic components, such as diodes and transistors and simple circuits based on these components. It is required that students learn the electrical characteristics of these components, as well as knowing to implement simple electronic circuits, based on several types of transistors and diodes. The study of operational amplifiers and circuits using operational amplifiers is also considered.

The student will develop the ability to solve problems, work in a team and autonomously. Students also will learn how to improve their ability to manage the available time. Special attention is given to the ability of written and oral presentation of the work.
