PLP: Projection to latent pathways

PLP is a MATLAB algorithm for the identification of a minimal set of metabolic pathways with maximal correlation with environmental factors. This algorithm is free for academic research. A free version is available upon request. Send a message to email: rmo@fct.unl.pt to request a free version.
