Electrochemistry applied to biological systems, namely enzymes and other metalloproteins; Electronic transfer kinetics studies, enzyme/electrode interface studies, electrocatalysis; Biosensors; Biofilms electroactivity; New hydrogel conducting materials based on Ionic Liquids; Conducting polymers;Electrochemical Quartz Crystal Microbalance (EQCM); Nanopatterned systems based on electron transfer proteins (mineral core);Electroanalytical techniques using microelectrodes for the detection and quantification of pharmacological drugs.
